A Delhi Court has dismissed woman's complaint of domestic violence against her husband and in-laws and imposed a fine of Rs. 1 lakh on her for misusing legal provisions to extort unjustified money for personal gain. The action was taken " so that like minded people are dissuaded from resorting to such male fide practices, " the court said.
